Organiser: The"Try to win an engine reprogramming stage 1" competition is organised by ST International, under the trade name Shiftech, whose registered office is located at 1 rue Guy Baillereau, 37540 Saint-Cyr-Sur-Loire.

Duration: The competition will take place on 6 and 7 JULY 2024, during the "Journée éphémère Boiserie - ShiftechParis Ouest" event, from 10am to 6pm.

eligibility: Participation in the competition is open to anyone over the age of 18, residing in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg or Switzerland, with the exception of employees of ST International, franchisees and their families.

How to enter: To enter, participants must visit the Shiftech stand at the "Journée éphémère Boiserie - Shiftech Paris Ouest" event. Participants must scan the QR code present on the Shiftech stand. The QR code will direct them to an online form available at www.shiftech.eu.

On the online form, participants must fill in the following information:

• Last name
• First name
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• Choose the nearest Shiftech centre from a predefined list.

Entrants will also be asked to tick a box to accept the terms and conditions of the competition. Once the form has been duly completed, participants must submit their entry by pressing the validation button. Only one entry per person is permitted. All entries must be submitted before the competition closes on 7 July 2024 at 6pm.

Selection of the winner: The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entrants. The draw will take place on 8 July 2024 at 5 pm. The winner will be contacted by telephone or e-mail within 48 hours of the draw.

Prize: The prize for the competition is a Stage 1 engine reprogramming worth €599 inc VAT offered by Shiftech. The winner must be the owner of the vehicle on which the service will be carried out. The vehicle must be eligible for reprogramming. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or refundable.

Validity of the prize: The prize is valid for 3 months from the date of the draw. After this period, the prize will be considered lost and no extension of validity will be granted.

Publication of the winner: The winner's name may be published on the Shiftech website and on the company's social networks, unless the winner objects.

Use of personal data: Personal data collected as part of this competition will only be used for the organisation and management of the competition, in accordance with Shiftech's privacy policy. In addition, by agreeing to participate in the competition, entrants consent to the use of their personal data for marketing purposes relating to the various activities of Shiftech and ST International.

Acceptance of conditions: Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Modification or Cancellation: Shiftech reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure or if circumstances so require, without incurring any liability as a result.
