The "Try to win exclusive Shiftech prizes" competition is organised by ST International, trading as Shiftech, whose registered office is located at 1 rue Guy Baillereau, 37540 Saint-Cyr-Sur-Loire.

Duration

The competition will take place on Sunday 06 April 2025, during the Brûleurs de Gomme 2025 event on the SPA Francorchamps circuit (Belgium), from 9am to 6pm.

eligibility

Participation in the competition is open to anyone over the age of 18, residing in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg or Switzerland, with the exception of employees of ST International, Shiftech franchisees and their families.

How to take part

To take part, visitors must go to the Shiftech stand at the Brûleurs de Gomme 2025 event and scan the QR code displayed. This QR code will redirect to an online form hosted on www.shiftech.eu.

On this form, participants will have to fill in the following information:

• Last name
• First name
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• Choice of nearest Shiftech centre (drop-down list)
• They will also have to accept the terms and conditions of the competition by ticking a box and submitting the form.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Any entry that is incomplete or submitted after 6pm on 30 March 2025 will be considered invalid.

Draw & winners

The draw will take place on Wednesday 9 April 2025 at 5pm.

Six winners will be drawn at random and will each receive one of the following prizes (1 prize per winner):

• A Stage 1 engine optimisation system (value €599 inc. VAT)
• A BMC air filter (max value €99 inc. VAT, subject to compatibility)
• A passenger ride in a Shiftech vehicle
• A power bench test (value €99 inc. VAT)
• A gift card (value €100 incl. VAT)
• A complete Motul Special Car Cleaning set (value €73 incl. VAT)
• A Milwaukee compact unbolting machine (value 563€ inc. VAT)

Winners will be contacted by telephone or e-mail within 48 hours of the draw.

Conditions specific to the prizes

• The Stage 1 engine optimisation can only be carried out on a compatible vehicle registered in the winner's name.
• The passenger baptism will take place during an upcoming Shiftech event, according to a schedule defined with the team.
• The bench test will take place at the Shiftech centre selected by the winner when registering.
• The Motul prize will be sent by post to the winner's address.
• The Milwaukee prize will be sent by post to the winner's address.

The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Validity of prizes

All prizes are valid for 3 months from 9 April 2025. After this period, the prize will be considered lost.

Publication of results

The first name and initial of the name of the winners may be published on the www.shiftech.eu website and on Shiftech's official social networks, unless they expressly refuse.

Personal data

The data collected is used solely for the management of the competition, in accordance with Shiftech's privacy policy. By participating, users also consent to receive commercial communications from Shiftech and ST International.

Acceptance of terms

Participation implies full acceptance of these rules.

Modification or cancellation

Shiftech reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure or if circumstances so require, without incurring any liability.
