A look back at the SuperTrack Event 2026: a day full of thrills at Magny-Cours
On 4 October 2026, Shiftech was on the Grand Prix circuit at Nevers Magny-Cours for the SuperTrack Event. On the programme: passenger rides in the Porsche 992 GT3 RS and the Alpine A110R, chats with enthusiasts who visited the stand, and a day of competition, entertainment and camaraderie. Médéric, one of Shiftech’s founders, lined up on the starting grid for the Creator Challenge and crossed the finish line in first place. A successful inaugural event, held in glorious sunshine, with an exceptional line-up of cars and an atmosphere to match the circuit.

A successful event on a circuit steeped in history
The Nevers Magny-Cours circuit needs no introduction in the motoring world. Eighteen editions of the French Formula 1 Grand Prix were held there between 1991 and 2008, on a 4.4 km circuit that has seen the greatest drivers in history go head-to-head. It is on this track that the SuperTrack Event has chosen to set up shop for its inaugural edition.
The line-up lived up to expectations. Over 1,000 vehicles gathered opposite the paddock, including hypercars and sports cars of all kinds, alongside professional exhibitors and an atmosphere that lived up to its promise from morning right through to the venue’s closing time. The weather did the rest: a lovely autumn’s day, with ideal conditions for making the most of the track and the show.

Shiftech on the track with the Porsche GT3 RS 992 and the Alpine A110R
We weren’t just at the stand. Shiftech was also out on the track with two cars available for passenger rides: the Porsche 992 GT3 RS and the Alpine A110R.
525 ch and a naturally aspirated flat-six for the Porsche, an ultra-precise chassis and track-focused handling for the Alpine: two different approaches to performance, two distinct experiences, and passengers who left with memories they’ll find hard to forget. This is precisely the appeal of this type of event: to bring to life what Shiftech prepares and fine-tunes on a daily basis at its centres.

Médéric wins the Creator Challenge
The SuperTrack Event featured a Creator Challenge: a competition between personalities and influencers from the motoring world, held on the Magny-Cours circuit. Médéric, one of the founders of Shiftech, took part and crossed the finish line in first place.
A result that comes as no surprise to those who know him, but which perfectly illustrates what Shiftech is all about: a company founded by enthusiasts who aren’t content merely to talk about performance from behind a desk.
A chance to meet fellow enthusiasts
Beyond the track, these events serve another purpose. The Shiftech stand provided an opportunity to speak directly with enthusiasts from across the region, discussing projects such as remapping, E85 conversions, automatic gearbox fluid changes and bodywork protection. These are the sort of conversations that contact forms simply cannot replace.
We’d like to thank everyone who stopped by, asked questions, shared their projects or simply chatted about their cars.
The show, drifting and FMX
The SuperTrack Event was also pure entertainment. The Gravity Show featured two FMX runs with backflips and trial sessions involving the audience. The Raul & Soul show provided a dedicated drifting segment, with demonstrations by Soul (@soul_ksa) and Raoul Marchisio (@raoul.marchisio). A packed programme, a top-class line-up, and hardly any downtime throughout the day.
