With Shiftech Xperience Drift, we're moving from the power bench to the track. Our involvement in the drift championship marks a new stage: putting our expertise in engine preparation and electronic management to the test in the most extreme conditions.

The project
A project born of performance
Shiftech has always developed solutions to optimise engine performance, improve reliability and exploit the full potential of vehicles.
Drifting was an obvious choice.
A spectacular, demanding and ultra-technical discipline, it represents a real life-size laboratory. Each run, each battle, each mechanical constraint becomes an opportunity to go further in development and mastery.
Shiftech Xperience Drift is the meeting of :

Drift France
The French Drift Championship: a demanding field
Under the aegis of the FFSA, the French Drift Championship (CFD) has become the absolute benchmark for the discipline in France. Far from traditional speed races where only the lap time counts, drifting is a judging discipline where performance is assessed according to rigorous technical criteria:

The trajectory: The driver must skim over target zones (called Clipping Points) defined by the judges.

Angle: The more the car is askew while maintaining speed, the higher the score.

Style and fluidity: The judges reward the aggressiveness of the commitment and the absence of corrections in the driving.
The show culminates in the "battles". In this duel format, a 'Lead' driver sets the course while a 'Chase' driver has to copy his trajectory by staying as close as possible, door to door. It's this meticulous proximity, combined with total mastery of the glide, that makes CFD a discipline as demanding as it is spectacular.

The team
A team built to perform
Three drivers, three cars, three different styles: one goal: victory.
The Brothers Custom X Shiftech team brings together Médéric Isker, Sofiane Yazid and Salim Karrouache, with an approach that combines experience and the development of new talent. Salim joined the programme as part of our Shiftech Xperience Drift Series initiative, designed to offer a promising driver the opportunity to compete for a full season in a car prepared by our teams.
