Médéric Isker

8th IN THE RANKING IN 2025 (PRO)

Médéric Isker is Shiftech. He is the architect of everything the team stands for: engine expertise, results and title ambitions. After taking over the Shiftech structure in 2021, he got behind the wheel to prove that his expertise on the bench also translates onto the tarmac.

His rookie season in the Pro category was marked by steady progress throughout the six rounds: podium at Val d'Argenton, Top 4 at Croix-en-Ternois, regularity recognised in the paddock. He finished the season in 8th place in the overall Pro rankings.

This first season was enough to see him promoted to the Elite category for 2026, the most competitive category in the CFD, alongside Sofiane.

Sofiane Yazid

CO-FOUNDER BROTHERS CUSTOM - ELITE RIDER - BROTHERS CUSTOMS SHIFTECH

VICE-CHAMPION OF FRANCE 2025 (ELITE)

Sofiane Yazid is the perfect combination of mechanic and driver. Co-founder of Brothers Custom, he prepares the chassis of the team's cars himself, and it's from the inside of one of his own cars that he competes in the championship.

His BMW E30 is one of the most recognisable machines in the paddock. Since 2015, round after round, he has climbed up the ranks to stand at the foot of the podium several times in the Elite class. In 2025, he won the title of vice champion of France in the Elite category.

The 2025 season, the first in collaboration with Shiftech, marked the turning point in his career, with victory in the final at Charade and the title of Vice-Champion of France Elite.

Salim Karrouache

DRIFT SERIES WINNER - PRO DRIVER - BROTHERS CUSTOMS SHIFTECH

WINNER SHIFTECH XPERIENCE DRIFT SERIES

Salim Karrouache didn't follow the classic route. He earned his place. Thousands of applications, ten selection days across France, on a real track and on a simulator. A grand final at Vaison Piste under the watchful eye of three official FFSA judges. And it was he who came out on top.

Winner of the Shiftech Xperience Drift Series, he joined the team to compete for a full season in the Pro category at the wheel of La Smoke Machine, a unique 4-seater specially built by Shiftech and Brothers Custom to compete at the level of the best.

In round 1 at Val de Vienne, he finished 2nd in the overall Pro classification. The rest is just beginning.
