Why were the Ford ECUs blocked?
Between 2021 and 2024, Ford reinforced the security of its engine ECUs, making it impossible to modify them via OBD. Alternatives (additional boxes, E85 conversions) existed, but they did not exploit the full potential of modern engines. With AutoTuner, this lock has finally been lifted.
